Tim is a really great guy who works hard and gets it done. We had a few issues arise that Tim was able to negotiate easily to fix, and he was informative every step of the process. He was helpful in knowing the area where I was buying a home and made good suggestions for services to use / places to eat. After closing. As first time homeowners in a time crunch, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Timothy was extremely personable and went above and beyond to help in any way possible! Every little thing we needed even outside of buying the house he gave us contacts to make the whole process easier. He made it very clear we could contact him at any point in time if we had any questions, knowing how extremely nerve-racking buying your first home is.
